Built in 2024, Casa Ad Mare offers four double bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated and with its own private bathroom.

The house features a spacious living area with a fully equipped, integrated kitchen, designed as a comfortable and practical space for spending time with family or friends. Outside, a generous porch with a dining area provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals and long, leisurely gatherings.

The house has been designed to provide comfort throughout the year, both in summer and winter. Each bedroom also offers flexible bed arrangements and can be configured with either a double bed or two single beds, depending on guests’ needs.

On the semi-basement level, there is a spacious second living room with natural light and ventilation.
